Mangaweka Rafting Run Report

MGRAFT1

More details to follow, thanks to Keith & Marie for the great photo above.

Obviously was a great day out – more than 90 photos submitted for the website! I’ve had to choose a few at this stage (37) for the website gallery so my apologies if your photo or a particular one does not feature – let me know if I’ve missed one that you particularly want on the site or send others in if you have more! Great effort everyone – thanks. Dom.

As always, feel free to comment about the trip below…..

  1. What another great day! The weather was perfect and so was the company. The raft trip down the river was very enjoyable and was over way too soon. Everyone got their fair share of water and fun .
Thank you to Viv, John, Carolyn and Ross for the organising. Thank you also for the comfort stop at John Edwards abode.

  2. Thanks for the nice comments. You guys chose a great day for your river and road “adventure”. Have a look at our other river adventures on http://www.mangaweka.co.nz. See you all again soon!

  3. A great day out — Jean and I agree the time to go rafting is when they heat up the Rangitikei to 30 deg.
Happy to email photos if anyone wants. Broadband connection allows easy ability to send larger files for better reproduction.

  4. Hi all , just more of the same, What a wonderful day out, the weather and rafting perfect. Thanks to John, Viv, Ross, Carolyn and Paul Eames.

  5. Thanks to the Eames and the Fallavers for organising an enjoyable river rafting trip – great weather and enjoyable company, we really appreciate the good time we had. Photos turned out well and show what fun we all had.

  6. Wow, it looks like you guys had so much fun!! I wish I was there. I miss our get-togethers. If someone needs a co-driver, please keep me in mind :-) . I work most Sundays, but with enough notice I might be able to get a day or two off.

    Happy driving!!
