Happy Easter & Happy Autumn MGer's! What a great start we had in Q1 with some very interesting events and runs underway. Please remember in Q2 to make sure you comment etc on the runs - always good to see the website being used and visited, helps keep the interest flowing for everyone!

Thanks Sue for a great report on the Taumarunui/New Plymouth weekender. It certainly was a great weekend, thanks to Robin and Claire for organising a great weekend. I just have to mention our friends Doug and Laurie Dawson from Egmont Village. Doug was the “garage” that helped fix Robin’s car with his engineering skills and had it back on the road. Our friends are classic car veterans and have helped our MG group before.

A huge thankyou to Doug and Laurie Dawson for the use of his shed even before he had had his breakfast :-). Before Trev and Doug came up with a plan I was quite sure The car would return to Wanganui on a trailer.
Also to Trev and Sandy for the tow, the shopping trip and then they both missed their breaky.
Hope everyone had a good weekend :-)

It certainly was a great weekend Robin and Claire. We saw how members of our wonderful club all work together to make it enjoyable for all. We are also very lucky to have our scribe Sue Forde with her perceptive descriptions to do interesting reports.
